Venue hire

Our beautiful studios are brimming with character and are popular for photoshoots and filming. They are available for hire when they’re not being used by our members (mostly on Mondays). Please email us if you are interested to know prices and availability.

All four of our studios are available for hire:

Hoxton E2

Our Hoxton studio is located near Hoxton and Haggerston stations. Spread over two railway arches with exposed brickwork and full glass front, with a traditional timber frame mezzanine, its full of character.
Facilities: 2 Bathrooms, Kitchenette and dining area (mezzanine)
Parking: space for one car in the yard
Availability: Only available Mondays before 18.00

Hoxton Cremer St.

Under a railway arch adjacent to Hoxton station and the former metalworks factory Brickfields, the studio has wonderful Eastend workshop charm.
Facilities: Bathroom

Leyton E10

A former factory, this is the largest of our studios. The white walls and glass ceiling bounce plenty of natural light around. Nearest station Lea Bridge. 
Facilities: Multi-cubicle bathroom, shower cubicle, kitchenette, dining area.
There’s a separate room which can be used as a green room/dressing room

Parking: No private parking available at the studio. Pay-by-phone parking area is a 2-minute walk from the studio.

Haringey N22

Our newest studio, located within walking distance of Turnpike Lane station, is flooded with bright natural light and features large glass panels in the ceiling.
Facilities: Bathroom, kitchenette, dining area. There’s a separate room which can be used as a green room/dressing room.
